4. Card details and third party services
Bank Card details may be linked to AWTrader.pro Services at the time of proceeding to payment for the Subscription. The User shall provide the following details:

4.1 If the bank card details are correct, valid and it is technically possible to use this card to pay for the Subscription, the specified bank card becomes a linked card and can be used for cashless payments without the need to enter the details of the specified bank card to pay for the Subscription selected by the User
4.2 The Bound Card may also be specified by the User in the interface of a third-party service, which supports integration with the Service and parties of settlements and provides authorization of the User's payment without transferring information about the Bound Card to the Service. In this case, the provisions of the above paragraph of this Policy shall not apply. The use of third party services referred to in this paragraph shall be governed by the policies of such third parties. AWTrader.pro is not responsible for User's use of such third party services and does not guarantee the correctness or security of such third party services.
4.3 AWTrader.pro does not have access to the linked card data provided by User and is not responsible for the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted during cashless payment. Non-cash payments are made at an authorized payment processor, e-money processor or any other involved payment participant and are subject to the rules of international payment systems, banks (including the bank that issued the Linked Card) and other settlement participants.
4.4 By specifying his/her bank details and further using the Linked Card, the User confirms and guarantees that he/she has provided true and complete information about the valid bank card issued in his/her name; complies with the rules of international payment systems and requirements of the bank that issued the Linked Card, including those related to the procedure of non-cash settlements.
The User understands and agrees that all actions performed in the Service using his/her account, including non-cash payments using the Linked Card, are considered to be performed by the User.
In cases provided for by applicable law, a receipt for non-cash payment is sent to the e-mail address specified by the User in his account.

5. Protection and storage of information
5.1 We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, deletion and other risks.
5.2 Data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

6. Disclosure of information to third parties
We do not transfer, sell or disclose personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
- when using payment services;
- when engaging technical contractors to operate the site (e.g., hosting providers);
- at your express request or consent;
- as required by law, if necessary at the request of competent authorities.
- If necessary, we may disclose your information to protect our legal rights.
